Shipping
and Sales Tax
Orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx. We usually ship the next
business day and the packages take between 3 to 7 business days
to arrive. A tracking number will be emailed to you at time of
shipping.(More information below, in the FAQ).
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to
addresses in Ohio, US only. No tax will be charged on orders
shipped outside the state of Ohio, US.

Creek Bird Supply,
you take advantage of our direct relationship
with the manufacturers. We bring you their best products via the
internet, and they ship those products directly to your door.
This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly
retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!
How
"up to date" are your products?
The products we sell are always the newest models and latest
updates. We update our site with the latest products as they
become available from the manufacturer.
What
about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the
manufacturer (shipping & handling) to deliver the product
directly to you from their warehouse. Most products are shipped
via UPS Ground or FedEx.
When
should I expect delivery?
Virtually all our products are shipped the next business day.
However, due to an extremely busy season this spring please
expect 5 to 14 days before your order is shipped. A tracking
number will be emailed to you at time of shipping. After the
product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground and FedEx
shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the
volume being handled by UPS & FedEx at the time, is from
three to seven business days.
What
if I need warranty service?
Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but we
understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something
you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can
return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of
receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original
materials and packing. We must charge a 25% restocking fee (since
the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is
responsible for return shipping. (Please note...we do NOT resell

How
safe is my credit card information?
When you buy from Shaw Creek Bird Supply, your credit card purchase is processed in
real time through Yahoo's secure servers. Then
your order is encrypted before being sent to Shaw Creek General
